Guests must provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. When cancelling less than the 24 hour notice, it impacts Pure Posh and the opportunity to service other clients. Guests who fail to provide adequate notice (Less than 24 hours) will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, this includes Groupon appointments. If the 50% fee declines, you will be banned.
We give our clients appointment reminders. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the service amount. If the charge declines you will be banned. If you purchased a Groupon and did not follow our cancellation policy, please contact Groupon for a refund.
There is a 10 minute late grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Posh monthly members and Groupon guests will follow this same policy. Thank you for understanding.
