Guests must provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. When cancelling less than the 24 hour notice, it impacts Pure Posh and the opportunity to service other clients. Guests who fail to provide adequate notice (Less than 24 hours) will be result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount. Pure Posh VIP monthly members will follow this same policy. Any clients more than 10 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling to avoid inconveniencing the client scheduled after you.
